She has created headpieces ranging from traditional to contemporary to era-specific. Her creations are labor-intensive acts of love and she readily admits that she designs and cares for each headpiece as if it were her own.

The consultation time with Marina is free of charge and an important step in the process, as it provides "personality traits" that are designed into the headpiece.
