provided exceptional personal service from the bidding process through
the conclusion of our wedding. Our wedding was in our new home. She called
me each day just to touch base, to inform me of all matters that she successfully
secured in the past 24 hours, and to ask if I or my fiancé had
any further requests/questions/ rconcerns/comments. The tasting she provided
was in our home and was wonderful. The wedding was absolutely beautiful,
the food was nothing less than scrumptious, and her staff was supremely

This was our wedding, and Mimi came through for us. My wife and I will
never forget her and her efforts to make our special day one of the best

shined. When giving a critique about a person or a business, I always
try to tell the whole truth, including at least one of the "negatives";
I have always felt this to be essential in a critique. However, I simply
have no negative comments, concerns or even helpful suggestions for her.
